In-Field Practice Courses

Our department has two practice kitchens. One is a hot kitchen practice area, while the other is a pastry and bakery practice kitchen. The practice kitchen is 128 m². Our departmental courses are supported not only by classroom instruction but also by fieldwork and field visits. Students have the opportunity to see local and industrial production areas and experience the region's gastronomic heritage firsthand. These practices enhance students' professional skills while also fostering cultural development.
