Our faculty is launching graduate education in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts with its academic infrastructure and qualified teaching staff.
In line with our university's strategic goals, the Higher Education Council (YÖK) has approved the launch of a thesis-based master's program in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The Thesis-Based Master's Program in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts offers an important opportunity for candidates who wish to conduct scientific research in the field of gastronomy, examine Turkish culinary culture on an academic basis, specialize in this field, and pursue an academic career.
Student admissions for the Master's Degree Program with Thesis will begin in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
